His time spent at Canadian cable station Rogers 22 finds Tom’s unique clowning already fully dialed-in. He’s a Brundlefly of influences like Ernie Kovacs, Andy Kaufman, skate videos, and confrontational performance art. It’s quite something to see in its embryonic stage.
